Te Puna Ora, The Source of Life

Documentary. 75 min. Te Puna Ora, the Soure of Life is a smart mix between mythology and reality, which follows the life path of three polynesian women, who are forming a social movement in French Polynesia.

The story is led by Poema DUPREL, alongside her spiritual mother, Hinano and Anuavai, bright young activists. These three women share a common goal : bridge the ancestral knowledge with tangible environmental policies which are going to affect polynesian people and earth itself.
Temae public beach in Moorea is about to be traded off for another luxurious hotel.
The story relates the antique wisdom of the deity HINA, polynesian goddess of creation, which bestows her mystical power to Poema, Hinano and Anuavai in order for them to find solutions.
